  • Step 4: On next page, create a new user ID by entering your username, desired password, and the captcha code provided in the slots.
  • Step 5: you will get successfully login into the site. Now click on the new user to register yourself.
  • Step 6: Fill in your details name, father’s name, husband name, and date of birth, gender, department, and others.
  • Step 7: Recheck all the details and click on submit button to create a new employee ID and password.

Step 1: 

go to the official website of Manav Sampada Uttar Pradesh i.e., https://ehrms.upsdc.gov.in.

Step 2:

on the home page, click on eHRMS login button.

Step 3:

On next page, select your department name and head quaters.

Step 4:

now enter your registered employee ID, password and the state captcha code.

Step 5:

Your personal login portal will get opened on your screen. Now click on the ‘online leave application’ option and select the option of ‘apply for leave’.

Step 6:

now click on reporting officer option and enter your personal official reporting officer’s name in the space.

Step 7:

A form will get displayed where you habe to enter your reporting officer’s name, dates for the leaves, reason for leave and the place you will be located at the time of leave days.

Step 8:

Recheck all details and click on submit button.

Step 9:

The status of your leave application regarding the acceptance or rejection will be informed to you via message or a phone call on your registered mobile number.
