A provisional mark sheet will be published as the exam results for the NIOS 12th. The original copy must be collected by the students because it will only be used as a reference. 

After the release of the NIOS Result 2023, candidates must go to their respective Authorised Institutes (AIs) to pick up their mark sheets. 

Within 30 days of the announcement of the NIOS Result 2023, students shall submit an application for correction of the result in cases of discrepancy.

NIOS Improvement Exam 2023

The NIOS improvement examinations are open to those who want to increase their results. Students in classes 10 and 12 who did not receive passing marks in one or more subjects will take it. 

On the official website, students may find the application form for improvement examinations. Students must take both the theory and practical sections of the practical studies on their own. 

NIOS 12th Result 2023 – Rechecking

The board also offers the students the re-checking of their answer sheets if one is not satisfied with their result. If someone wishes to apply they must do it within 15 days once the result is announced. The application fee for re-checking the result is Rs. 300 and you can pay it online. 

NIOS 12th Result 2023 – Revaluation

Re-evaluation is only for class 12th students. The students who are not satisfied with their marks can apply for it. You can apply for it on the official website. The forms will be open only for 15 days after the result has been declared. 

The cost for rechecking is INR 300 per topic. There is an 800 INR total cost for each subject.

The new marks will be given if there is an increase of 5% or more. No changes will be made if the rise in marks is less than 5% up until the candidate is able to pass with or without leniency. 

Only the new marks will be given out if there is a 5% or greater increase in the total. The original marks will be taken into consideration as the final marks if the updated scores are lower.
