Uttarakhand Free Tablet Yojana 2022-23: उत्तराखंड सरकार द्वारा एक महत्वाकांक्षी योजना की शुरुआत की गई है जिसका नाम Uttarakhand Free Tablet Scheme रखा गया है। इस योजना का लाभ कक्षा 10वीं और 12वी कक्षा के उन्ही students को मिलेगा जो सरकारी स्कूलों में पढ़ रहे हैं। इस योजना के तहत छात्रों को मुफ्त में टैबलेट दिए जाएगा।

मुख्यमंत्री पुष्कर सिंह धामी ने 20 दिसंबर 2022 को एक सार्वजनिक सभा में इस योजना की घोषणा की थी। अब सरकार का लक्ष्य इस योजना को जल्द से जल्द लागू करने का है।

मुख्यमंत्री ने घोषणा किया है कि Uttarakhand Free Tablet Yojana के तहत प्रत्येक छात्र को डीबीटी के माध्यम से उनके खातों में धन हस्तांतरित किया जाना है।

जिस उम्मीदवार को इस योजना का लाभ लेना है उन्हें निम्नलिखित मापदंड को पूरा करना होगा :-

आवेदक राज्य सरकार के सरकारी स्कूल का छात्र हो।
Students का Uttarakhand का मूल निवासी होना जरूरी है।

छात्र के परिवार की वार्षिक आय 2 लाख से अधिक नही होनी चाहिए।
आवेदक के लिए ये जरूरी है कि वह पिछली सभी परीक्षाओं में उत्तीर्ण हो means उसके बैकलॉग न लगे हों।
आवेदक छात्र को अपनी पिछली कक्षा में कम से कम 80% अंक प्राप्त किये होना जरूरी है।

जैसा कि आप भी जानते हैं कि COVID-19 के कारण सभी सरकारों ने अपने-अपने राज्यों के स्कूलों और कॉलेजों को बंद कर दिया है और ऐसे में सभी सरकारें online classes को बढ़ावा दे रही है।

Uttarakhand Free Tablet Yojna के तहत इन्ही छात्रों को सुविधा पहुचाना सरकार का लक्ष्य है और इस लिए सरकार ने इस ( उत्तराखंड मुफ्त टैबलेट योजना) की शुरुआत की है।

आपको बताते चलूँ की जो भी Study Material होगा वो टैबलेट में पहले से ही लोड कर दिया जाएगा जिससे छात्रों को तकलीफ न उठानी पड़े और इस Study Material को छात्र बिना internet connection के ही पढ़ सकेगा।

सरकार ने कहा कि आने वाला समय इन छात्रों का ही है और ऐसे में ये किसी भी क्षेत्र में पीछे रह जाए तो ये इनके साथ गलत होगा। उत्तराखंड सरकार COVID-19 को ध्यान में रखते हुए कहा कि जिन बच्चों ने इस महामारी में अपने माता-पिता को खोया है उनके लिए सरकार वात्सल्य योजना की शुरुआत करने जा रही है। जिसके तहत 21 साल की उम्र तक लाभार्थी को ₹3,000 मासिक भत्ता मिलेगा।
